Actually, I am using Ubuntu 7.04. I’m on Firefox 2.0.0.12 at the moment, but I should imagine similar behaviour on any 2.0.x version.

Dotan, this fix is quite old. I’m not sure how well it works with newer versions of Ubuntu and Firefox. Note that I said you must be using Ubuntu 7.04 in my post. I’m not exactly what version of Firefox I wrote this for either.

I installed this on FF 2.0.0.6 in Ubuntu 7.04, and it broke certain functionalities. I couldn’t select or highlight text in the search bars, listed items would sit all on one line, and the type cursor wouldn’t appear when I hovered the mouse over a text box. Just a heads up!
