Comments on: Stop sites from resizing windows in Firefox

I have another issue, I’ve only seen this happen with one site, and only with foxfire 3. When I go to worldofwarcraft.com, it resizes my window to about 1/4 which makes the screen extremely difficult to read. It works fine when I go there in IE, but it’s just a nuisence. Anyone know how to fix this?

ty man, I’ve been trying to figure that out for a month

Also, “m” make sure you go to the “Content” section in Options not the “Advanced” section. I did that the first time I read the article and thought that it didn’t work.

m, I took the screenshot from my installation of Vista, so it must be something specific to your copy of Firefox. Are you using the latest version?

Ah, thank you muchly. I never really had a problem with that until I started using stumble, since then I’ve stumbled across several sites that want to screw with my browser.

For Mac users, the option is not under Tools but under Preferences.
